George Dearborne – I’m Gonna Walk 2019
George is a traditional country artist, and influenced as a young adult by Ray Price, Johnny Bush and George Strait. Dearborne draws from the Honky Tonk/Dancehall style of music he grew up with in South and East Texas as he delivers powerful vocal performances on each of the album’s six songs. The album was produced by Tony Ardoin, in Lafayette, La., and features fiddle and steel guitars throughout the record. This is definitely Texas country/western music!
Veteran Nashville writers Bob DiPiero, Jason Greene, Sandy Ramos and Clay Walker have all contributed tracks to this debut album. “I was very careful with the songs I picked for this record,” said Dearborne. “It was definitely a labor of love and I am really proud of the finished product.”
